Hi Susie´s fans!
Haven´t posted an article for a really long time. The truth is I didn´t take a brake only from the blog, but slowly from F1 too. It started later in the 2016 or in the mid 2017, I am not exactly sure because it was more like I missed a lot of races, but not the whole season.
Last year, my love for Formula 1 and racing in general came back and I started following the season right from the beginning. Supporting Checo Pérez and Red Bull Racing, Carlos Sainz, Oscar Piastri and Lance Stroll.
Checo has a very strong start, but very soon Max Verstappen found a way where he simply couldn´t be defeated, except Singapore where Carlos Sainz won. Singaporean GP wasn´t really suiting Red Bull´s RB 19, where both drivers had unstable car through the whole racing weekend.
2023 season brought us also F1 Academy, all women racing series, where Susie Wolff became the managing director of the series. Originally, the first season for F1 Academy was planned already in 2020, but because of Covid-19 Pandemic and financial issues, the racing series couldn´t start earlier.
I am planning to post more retrospective articles about Susie and her career.
It´s race week and I am so excited for the new season!
